Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping
We do not offer express delivery. Currently, we only ship within Mexico and Brazil. Our goal is to provide you with                                                                                                                                                                                              
the best shipping options.

1. Order delivery times are divided into two parts:
       a) Processing time: 1-2 business days
       b) Standard delivery: 2-7 business days

2. Shipping: Free shipping on all items*
3. We may not ship to certain areas; please consult with sales staff before placing an order.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military areas, or protected areas. Thank you for your
understanding.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be unused,
in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is
required for returns.

Please do not return items directly to the shipping location without first contacting customer service. We will not
accept returns or refunds for such items.

Notes
1. Custom products are not eligible for returns and refunds.

2. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost depends
on the courier you choose.

3. If the item is damaged or non-conforming due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for any shipping costs.
No restocking fee will be charged for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you a receipt notification. We will also notify you whether your
refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the refund to your credit
card or original payment method within 1-8 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company;
it may take some time for the refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to be credited.
